Our returns depend on which of three business models we implement. Larger value add projects sold in 3-5 years will target higher IRRs than modest-sized assets with longer holds. The long-term holds target the highest CoCr we can generate based on operational excellence. Finally, we anticipate social impact assets will also be long-term holds targeting strong Cash on Cash returns, but projecting those returns similarly depends on the specific social impact services our partners are implementing. Each investment opportunity needs to be evaluated at the time with the information we provide. And of course, no returns are ever guaranteed.
